At Kaimax, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. However, mistakes can happen in life. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, our website may not always be error-free. In the event that a product has an incorrect price or description due to inaccurate information provided by manufacturers and distributors or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders that are incorrectly priced.

Some of our products are made from natural materials, which may result in variations among items and between the actual products and the pictures displayed. We work hard to find the best representation for these products and diligently keep customers informed of any changes in style and appearance. However, these variations are what make each item unique and do not justify order cancellation or returns.

Shipping and Damage Upon Receipt

Accidents can occur. It is important to remember that the more information we have, the better we can assist you in the event of an issue. Please take photos and keep documentation. Retain the pallet and any other salvageable shipping materials, as these can be reused for the return process.

• All large items (such as vanities and bathtubs) will be delivered curbside. For additional delivery needs, please contact our customer support during the purchase process to receive a quote.

• Check your order thoroughly upon receipt. If you are planning ahead and do not need your product until a later date, it is still crucial to inspect everything immediately. Delaying this may limit our ability to assist you.

• We reserve the right to repair or replace any piece of furniture. Many damages are minor and can be easily repaired to showroom quality.

• We are not responsible for any damage to your home caused by third-party delivery companies. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the delivery company.

• We do not assume any financial liability for unexpected time delays or contractor coordination (scheduled plumbers, carpenters, etc.). It is highly recommended that you schedule your contractor only after receiving and inspecting your product. Should an unforeseen delay occur that is beyond our control, we will work with you to remedy the situation as best as we can.

• Our financial liability is limited to the purchase price of the order.
