Delivery Time
**Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2 business days) + Shipping Time**
- **Processing Time:** Varies by product. Generally, it takes about 2 business days. Popular styles may be shipped within 24 hours. For engraved or customized orders, processing may take 3 to 8 business days.
Delivery Methods
We offer two shipping methods in our online store:
1. **Standard Shipping:** Free shipping with no minimum order required, taking approximately 9 to 15 business days.
2. **Expedited Shipping:** For a fee of $15, you can choose expedited shipping via DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD, FedEx, or EMS, which typically takes about 3 to 7 business days.

Urcouple is not liable for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete shipping addresses, postal codes, or other inaccurate shipping information.
3. We do not accept P.O. Box or APO addresses due to delivery restrictions by logistics companies, which may result in lost orders. If you choose to use a P.O. Box address, please be aware that regardless of the shipping method chosen, it may take more than 15 days to receive your goods.
4. "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times may vary based on destination, and a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. While we strive to deliver your items within the estimated timeframe, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping times listed above are estimated arrival times (ETA). Due to the impact of COVID-19, there is a current shortage of international flight resources and severe epidemic situations overseas, which may lead to delays in parcel processing and delivery services in various destination countries.
